Although Burn Boxing and Fitness specialises in Group Fitness Classes, we still had a few members wanting to know more about how to properly use the weights and machines in our Strength Zone.

Therefore, we felt it necessary to introduce our Strength and Power Class which runs for 1 hour twice a week on a Monday and Wednesday evening between 6pm and 7pm.

It is run by our very own professional power lifter and ex-body builder coach, Daniel Debono.

With 16 years combined experience in personal training, weight lifting, bodybuilding/powerlifting on a competitive level, nutrition, boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, there’s no one more qualified and experienced as Daniel to take you through proper weight training techniques to maximise output and gains.

Monday night’s session is dedicated completely to upper body training and Wednesday’s session is all lower body training.

This is a closed session and is limited to 8 people only and is booked on a first-in-first-served basis. The session cost is $10 for members and $25 for no-members.
