I have done this 12 week challenge before and had some good results but I took the foot off the pedal and the weight came back out. This time I started this program hating almost everything about myself and I knew I had to change. So with the determination to make a life change I followed what ever Gulsen Krastic asked me to do when it came to my diet. Week one you need to cut out pasta and rice and bread. (Carbs yummy carbs) I thought im not sure i can do this but its only for 8 weeks then i can slowly eat it again. I’m not going to lie the first two weeks was the hardest. (Break the mold) but as the weeks went on I have really enjoyed swapping rice for cauliflower rice and pasta for zucchini and sweet potato wraps for bread.
I have always loved my training but I needed to make sure I pushed myself even harder. So with the support of Denis Krastic, Moey Marei, Daniel Calafiore and Kim Farfoud (omg kim your warm ups) thank you for helping me smash it. I now feel fitter and stronger then I ever have before. So Thank You!
