Group Fitness Classes
Our Group Fitness classes are all instructed by a qualified instructor who is there to correct your technique and push you to your absolute limits!
Strength and Power
Aside from our 50+ Group Fitness Classes, we also offer a specialised strength class running twice a week. These classes are run by a profession powerlifting and ex-bodybuilding coach - Daniel Debono. These classes are limited to only 8 clients so you know you're going the right attention needed when doing strength training.
Personal Training
The fastest way to get great results. Personalised to suit your fitness levels, goals, injuries, likes and dislikes. Proven track record of achieving great results for clients.

Because we specialise in boxing training as well as strength training, we can also offer one-on-one boxing Personal Training. In these sessions we will develop and refine your boxing skills whilst giving you an awesome workout!
