After the success of our last 10 day challenge, it’s time for round 2!!

In order to keep the momentum going from our last challenge, we’ve decided to go back to drawing board and come up with a new and exciting challenge for you all that we’re calling the…


This challenge is vastly different to our previous challenge. Each day you will see only one exercise done for a specific number of reps. However as each day goes on, the exercises compound!

So on Day 1, you simply do the Day 1 exercises. Pretty simply, right?!

However on Day 2, you need to start off with the Day 1 exercise then finish off with the Day 2 exercise. Then on Day 3… you guessed it, you would first start by doing Day 1 and 2, then finish off with Day 3. Then so-on-so-forth until you reach Day 10 where you would first need to complete the exercises from Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and then finish off with Day 10!
