Looking for a distraction from your day-to-day home learning routine during lockdown?

Well, look no further! Starting on Monday 23rd August, we are running our 10 Day Junior Fitness Challenge.

It’s different exercises that you can do in the privacy of your own home and best of all, no equipment is required.

During these times of lockdown, it is important to not only stimulate the mind, which you’re already doing with home learning, but it is equally important to also keep the body moving too!

Download a copy of our 10 Day Junior Fitness Challenge, stick it on the fridge and tick off each day as you complete the task.

And if you want to get even more out of this challenge, we also encourage you to do the following:

  1. Eliminate soft drinks
  2. Eliminate chocolates, sweets and lollies or anything that contains high levels of sugar
  3. Try a new vegetable(s) each day or if you’re already good with veggies, then try to increase your intake
  4. Try to reduce eating too much bread or cereals and increase your protein intake. Protein can be found in many vegetables and of course meat products
